Job summary

FOSTER & MAY LIMITED is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support high-end residential projects in the Northwest, based in Greater Manchester. You will act as client-facing EA / Project Manager, translating client vision into deliverables while coordinating with the broader team.

As a senior member, you will mentor junior staff, provide guidance on technical queries, and contribute to the successful delivery of prestigious residential schemes with MRICS qualification preferred or underway.

Qualifications

• MRICS or working towards MRICS.
• Experience working within a UK PQS.
• Preferably high-end residential experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Manage own projects and act as client-facing EA / Project Manager.
• Mentor junior members and provide guidance on technical queries.
• Deliver high-end residential projects across the Northwest.

A close knit, expanding Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help with their influx of high-end residential projects in Greater Manchester.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a client-facing EA / Project Manager role, working closely with private clients across the Northwest to deliver high-end residential projects and turn their vision into reality.

Alongside managing your own projects, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will play an important role within the wider team, mentoring and supporting more junior members and providing guidance on any technical or project-related queries.
