McCarthy Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major energy infrastructure programme based in North London. The role focuses on delivering strong commercial governance and contractual compliance across the project lifecycle.

Key duties include commercial reporting, payment applications, subcontractor administration, procurement, NEC contract administration, risk management and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge.
• Civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, energy or major construction project experience.
• Excellent commercial and contractual skills.
• HND, Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Ambition to progress within a growing infrastructure business.

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Location: North London Salary:Up to £77,000 + Package Role: Full-time - Permanent

An established infrastructure contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major energy infrastructure programme based in North London. The Role

You will play a key role in the commercial delivery of a major infrastructure scheme, ensuring strong commercial governance and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
