McCarthy Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major energy infrastructure project in North London. You will manage commercial delivery, governance and contractual compliance across the project lifecycle, driving value and mitigating risk.

Responsibilities include commercial reporting, applications for payment, subcontract and supplier accounts, procurement, NEC contract administration, and final accounts, with a clear path for career progression and a comprehensive benefits

Competenze

• Previous experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge.
• Civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, energy or major construction project experience.
• Excellent commercial and contractual skills.
• HND, Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Ambition to progress within a growing infrastructure business.

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Location: North London

Salary: Up to £77,000 + Package

Role: Full-time - Permanent

Major Energy Infrastructure Scheme

The Role

You will play a key role in the commercial delivery of a major infrastructure scheme, ensuring strong commercial governance and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Preparation of applications for payment and valuations
• Administration of subcontractor and supplier accounts
• Procurement and supply chain management
• NEC contract administration
• Compensation Event management
• Commercial risk and opportunity management
• Agreement of final accounts

• Supporting operational teams with commercial matters

About You

You’ll ideally have:
