Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar commercial role.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end commercial management on major civils & energy projects.
• Managing subcontractors, procurement, forecasting and reporting.
• NEC contract administration (NEC3 / NEC4).
• Maintaining cost control and commercial governance.
• Supporting senior leadership teams with commercial strategy.

Skills

Experience as a QS, SQS, MQS or Commercial Manager

Strong background in civils, infrastructure, energy or utilities

Excellent understanding of NEC contracts

Strong communication, analytical and client-facing skills
