Arcadis is seeking a Senior P&C Engineer in the United Kingdom to join our Transmissions and Distributions teams on industrial, transmission/distribution and renewable projects. You will lead protection design up to 400 kV, review designs, and deliver protection & control studies with a focus on safety, quality and client satisfaction.

You will guide junior engineers, prepare schematics and CI/SCADA interfaces, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time

Qualificações

• Proven protection design for transmission voltage up to 400 kV.
• Experience delivering protection and control design deliverables and studies.
• Calculation of relay settings and logic files.
• Experience with detailed electrical schematics for Protection & Control.
• Knowledge of IEC 61850 and SCADA interfaces.
• Experience with ASPEN OneLiner, ETAP or DIgSILENT is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design transmission protection systems up to 400 kV.
• Review in-house and contractor designs.
• Prepare protection and control design deliverables, feasibility studies, reports and cost estimates.
• Guide junior engineers with technical advice and support.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers, manufacturers and service providers.
• Ensure CDM compliance and safety on projects.
• Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts and wiring diagrams.
