Job summary

Connexions Thames Valley is seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor (Senior Property Services Advisor) in Beeston. The role operates on a fixed-term 12-month contract, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £29,025–£30,553 depending on experience.

You'll support customers with property repair queries via multiple channels, resolving issues quickly and professionally. After training, you may work remotely on a 10:00–18:00 shift, with core hours 8:00–18:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer contact roles is valued but not essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
