Pertemps Leicester is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor based in Beeston. This full‑time, fixed‑term contract role pays £13.12 per hour and involves handling enquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp, live chat and social media.

You will assist customers, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive experience within a busy, team‑oriented environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate confident communication, empathy and problem‑solving abilities, with the flexibility to work shifts

Qualifications

• Confident communication and empathetic approach.
