Mtvh in Beeston is seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor, known internally as a Senior Property Services Advisor. You’ll support customers with property repair queries across channels, resolving issues with professionalism and technical know-how. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at Beeston with free parking.

After training, you may work remotely on a 10am-6pm shift. Core hours are 8am-6pm, with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with property repair queries across various channels, resolving issues efficiently with professionalism and technical expertise.
• Coverage across core business hours with availability 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift within Beeston office.
• After training, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely when on a 10am–6pm shift.
