Job summary

SO Resi, Beeston, Nottingham, is seeking a Sales Customer Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working, with a salary of £29,025 - £30,553 per annum.

As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will handle enquiries across telephone, email, webchat and social media, guiding them through the home-buying journey while maintaining accurate records and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or sales support environment.

• Desirable knowledge of the property sector, particularly Shared Ownership.

Location: Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1LA (Free on-site parking)
Salary: £29,025 - £30,553 per annum

As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll support customers throughout their home-buying journey, handling a variety of sales and marketing enquiries across multiple channels, while providing expert guidance and information on our developments and products.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience within a customer service or sales support environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong telephone and customer engagement skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience or knowledge of the property sector, particularly Shared Ownership, is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
