Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking a Senior Property Services Advisor (Senior Customer Service Advisor) to join our Customer Contact team in Beeston. This permanent role is based on a 37.5-hour week from Monday to Friday with a salary of £29,025 to £30,553 per annum, depending on experience.

You will handle property repair queries across channels with professionalism and technical know-how. Core hours are 8am–6pm, with a rotating shift at the Beeston office; after training, occasional remote

About The Role

In this role, you'll support customers with property repair queries across various channels, resolving issues efficiently with professionalism and technical expertise. The work is varied and fast-paced, making adaptability essential in the property repairs and maintenance environment.

Coverage across core business hours is essential for this role and you’ll need to be available to work between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift basis based within the main office in Beeston. Once you're fully trained, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely when based on a 10am-6pm shift.
