Qualifications

• Previous project management experience in a senior capacity in M&E, FM, or construction.
• Proven line management experience in previous roles.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead localised reporting with concise project reports.
• Coordinate with the commercial team on tenders and proposals.
• Ensure projects comply with contracts and industry standards.
• Secure new sales to support the financial plan.
