Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the UK to deliver complex operational projects and shape portfolio governance. You will translate project data for C-suite audiences, drive strategy, and develop project teams with at least five years’ senior PM experience. PRINCE2 accreditation is essential.

The role supports hybrid work with multiple UK locations and starts January 2027. Up to £70,000 DOE, 37.5 hours per week, with the flexibility to meet project demands.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience operating at senior project management level.
• Experience in a BPO environment or transferable experience in fast-paced, customer-focused operations.
• Current PRINCE2 accreditation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish high-performing project teams, clarify accountabilities, and secure resources.
• Provide accurate reporting on delivery, costs, milestones, resources, dependencies and benefits.
• Ensure all projects comply with governance, quality, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead multiple complex projects, manage cross-project risks and dependencies.
• Provide direction, coaching, and development for Project Managers and teams.
• Develop and embed project policies, processes and standards supporting strategic priorities.
• Deliver senior portfolio governance and reporting to stakeholders across the business.
• Build trusted client relationships to enable successful change adoption.
