Job summary

Teleperformance seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex operational projects and provide strategic oversight of a project portfolio. You will translate complex information into concise reports for C-suite audiences and shape the strategy of the project team.

You will guide Project Managers through the full employee lifecycle, bringing 5+ years of senior PM experience, a strong track record of delivery, and PRINCE2 accreditation. This is a hybrid role with office presence required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' senior project management experience.
• Strong BPO operations exposure.
• Current PRINCE2 accreditation essential.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects and govern portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead high-performing project teams with clear accountabilities and delivery plans.
• Monitor portfolio performance; report on delivery, costs, milestones, resources and benefits.
• Ensure projects comply with governance, quality, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide direction, coaching and development for Project Managers and teams.
• Deliver senior portfolio governance across projects with clear reporting for stakeholders.
