Job summary

AECOM in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commissions on building projects that push the boundaries of innovation.

You will oversee project delivery, ensure quality and on-time performance, manage client relationships, and mentor project teams across a portfolio of assignments within a hybrid work environment. The role requires strong knowledge of contracts (JCT/NEC) and risk management in a consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• PM, construction or engineering degree with professional accreditation.
• Experience delivering complex projects for clients in public or private sectors.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of JCT/NEC contracts and CDM 2015.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of projects with responsibility for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide oversight, guidance and risk management across commissions.
• Interface with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior project managers and coordinate with directors.
