Job summary

AECOM is recruiting a Senior Risk Manager to join our UK team across London, Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol offices. You will implement and advise on risk management for major infrastructure projects, engaging with senior stakeholders and coordinating with internal and external teams to control risk exposure.

You will develop risk registers and management plans, conduct quantitative analyses, and support bid teams with risk input to secure new work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in risk management, with at least 2 years on high value projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university or risk management qualification (MOR, APM Risk, IRM).
• Experience in a multi-discipline project environment with risk management.
• Proficient in industry risk tools (ARM, Xactium, RiskHive, Predict).
• Experience in Quantitative Risk Analysis using Safran, Primavera Risk Analyser, @risk.
• Knowledge of ISO31000 and related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with project teams to implement risk management effectively.
• Provide risk input to bids and proposals to secure new business.
• Conduct risk assurance checks to ensure quality of risk management.
• Communicate risk data to senior leaders.
