Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex multidisciplinary design and construction projects in the Buildings and Infrastructure sectors from our Leeds (or Manchester) office, with hybrid working options. You will coordinate clients, design teams, procurement, cost engineering, planning, construction and OHS for successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring a proven track record managing NEC contracts, strong communication, and collaborative skills,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex Buildings and Infrastructure projects from concept to handover.
• Experience with NEC contracts (PSC, ECC preferred).
• Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex multidisciplinary design and construction projects across all lifecycle stages.
• Maintain effective client and internal team communication for seamless coordination.
• Provide contract administration across NEC contracts and manage risks.
• Oversee scope changes with formal change control to protect schedule and budget.
• Support business development and client relationship growth.
