A leading financial services firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive transformation within their Finance Change team. The role involves managing resources, navigating project lifecycles, and influencing senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in Finance and demonstrate strong project management skills. We are currently recruiting for Senior Project Managers to join our innovative Finance Change team! You don't need to come from an insurance background, but if you have demonstrable project management experience delivering business and technology transformation, integration/data migration, results management enhancement initiatives and regulatory change projects in large, complex organisations, then we would love to hear from you!
This role could be ideal for you if you have experience of working through the various lifecycle of projects; navigating ambiguity, clarifying outcomes/benefits and translating these into deliverables. Efficiently manage resources across projects to ensure optimal use. Keep stakeholders well informed by effectively communicating progress, addressing concerns, and challenging the status quo. Foster collaboration by breaking down silos and encouraging open communication and teamwork.
