Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of the project lifecycle - from feasibility and planning to handover and post-project evaluation. You will work closely with stakeholders, provide strategic guidance, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications
  • BSc in a built environment discipline
  • Chartered (or working towards) with RICS, CIOB, or APM
  • Strong construction project experience
  • Consultancy or client-side experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
