We are working with a project management and building surveying consultancy who due to business growth are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on with multiple clients.

The Role :

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a background in Quantity Surveying (QS) or Building Surveying (BS) to lead and manage multiple commercial projects, including data centre developments. The role involves end-to-end project management, client liaison, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of commercial projects, with a focus on data centres.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial reporting.
  • Provide expert advice on building surveying, construction, and project management matters.
