Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Project Delivery Document Controller to govern the project’s electronic document system in London. You will ensure documents are captured, version-controlled, quality-checked, and distributed in line with project standards across design, construction and handover.

You will partner with leadership and delivery teams to keep information flowing, reduce risk, and support milestones, with strong emphasis on auditability and clear document trails.

Qualifications

• Solid work experience in document control on major construction, infrastructure, or commercial real estate projects.
• Experience supporting at least one project valued above £250m.
• Expert administrator/super-user of an electronic document system / common data environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 information management principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the project’s electronic document system as the authoritative system of record.
• Configure and maintain document structures, metadata, naming and numbering standards, permissions, and workflows.
• Administer user access and onboarding/offboarding for client, consultants, contractors, and supply chain.
• Coordinate with system vendor and internal teams on upgrades and integrations.
• Develop and enforce document control procedures and information delivery standards (aligned to ISO 19650).
• Quality-check documents for naming, metadata, revision status before publication.
• Control revisions and archiving of superseded documents.
• Manage review/approval workflows and information requests.
• Issue and track transmittals and chase overdue actions.
• Produce and circulate status reports and KPI dashboards.
