J.P. Morgan is seeking a Document Controller in Project Delivery to oversee the project’s electronic document system, ensuring accurate capture, version control and audit-ready records across design, construction and handover.
You will partner with leadership and delivery teams to keep information flowing, reduce risk and support milestones, working in a central role on a major real estate project in London.
Be the person who keeps a major real estate development moving by making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time. In this role, you will run the project’s electronic document management system and set the standards that keep drawings, contracts, reports and correspondence controlled and audit-ready. You will work at the center of a large project team—consultants, contractors and client stakeholders—where your accuracy and judgement directly support delivery. If you enjoy structure, clarity and improving how teams work, this role offers real ownership and visible impact.
As a Document Controller in Project Delivery, you will own the day-to-day administration and governance of the project’s electronic document system, the single source of truth for project documentation. You will ensure documents are captured, version-controlled, quality-checked, and distributed in line with agreed standards across the full project lifecycle (design, construction, and handover). You will partner with project leadership and delivery teams to keep information flowing, reduce risk, and support key milestones.
