A leading institution of higher education in Chester is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting enterprise systems, particularly Ellucian Colleague. TheSenior Programmer Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, analysis, development, and support of the university’s enterprise systems and integrations, including Ellucian Colleague. This role works closely with end-users and other team members and will apply analytical techniques and procedures to understand and translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. In addition to technical responsibilities, the role requires providing ongoing, daily support to non-technical users and fostering collaboration across university departments.
This position reports to the Director of University Systems and works in collaboration with a highly experienced and service-oriented team of IT professionals that are actively engaged with all aspects of the university. This position is eligible for remote work.
