We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Programme Manager. You will have exceptional delivery focus, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of leading successful technology programmes in demanding environments.

As Senior Programme Manager, you will operate at a senior level, working with both internal and external stakeholders, including challenging and complex clients.

This is a highly visible, business-critical programme that demands a detail-oriented, commercially aware leader who thrives in fast-paced and high-pressure settings.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Lead and manage multiple delivery workstreams as part of a major software integration programme.
  • Chair programme boards and lead regular reporting across senior stakeholder groups.
  • Own and manage RAID logs, risk mitigation, dependency mapping, and change control processes.
  • Develop and maintain high-level plans, ensuring alignment with workstream-level planning.
  • Oversee financial forecasting and spend tracking in line with programme budgets.
  • Define and track delivery KPIs, including quality and defect metrics.
  • Build strong relationships across client and internal teams, ensuring expectations are aligned and managed.
  • Provide insight, impact analysis and recommendations to support swift and informed decision-making.
  • Continuously improve and optimise delivery processes, introducing automation where beneficial.
  • Establish clear success criteria and ensure prioritisation aligns with strategic outcomes.
About You:
  • You are a seasoned Programme Manager or Programme Lead with significant experience in software delivery and integration programmes.
  • You have a strong delivery mindset and are comfortable operating under pressure and to tight timescales.
  • You are confident working with senior stakeholders and can challenge constructively when necessary.
  • You understand the software development lifecycle and have experience within agile, DevOps or cloud-based environments.
  • You have strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate delivery teams.
  • Salesforce experience is desirable.
  • Previous experience in the CRM or customer billing solutions sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
What’s on offer?
  • A competitive salary and bonus & benefits package
  • 12-month fixed term contract
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension with employer contributions
  • Wellbeing and employee support programme
  • Retail discounts and benefits platform
  • 24/7 GP service
  • Onsite parking and gym access

If you are a proactive and experienced programme leader ready for a new challenge in a critical role, we would love to hear from you.
