Job summary

Bis Henderson Recruitment seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to lead the integration of newly acquired businesses and strategic partnerships into a growing organisation.

You will manage end-to-end acquisition and partnership integration programmes, develop detailed project plans, govern risks, and report to senior stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading integration or PMI programmes.
• Minimum five years' project or programme management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering acquisition integrations or organisational change programmes.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of acquisition and partnership integration programmes.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, governance processes, risks, dependencies and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, Commercial and Customer functions.
• Provide programme governance, reporting, risk management and executive updates to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and deliver integration activities across processes, systems, data, people and culture.
• Track realisation, benefits delivery, costs and key performance indicators.
• Support due diligence and pre-acquisition planning to identify integration requirements and risks.
