Job summary

Bis Henderson Recruitment seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to lead the integration of newly acquired businesses and strategic partnerships into a growing organisation.

You will manage end-to-end acquisition and partnership integration programmes, develop detailed project plans, govern risks, and report to senior stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading integration or PMI programmes.
• Minimum five years' project or programme management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering acquisition integrations or organisational change programmes.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme governance, reporting, risk management and executive-level updates to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and deliver process, systems, data, people and cultural integration activities.
• Track realisation, benefits delivery, costs and key performance indicators.
• Support due diligence and pre-acquisition planning activities to identify integration requirements and risks.

Key Experience

• Proven experience leading business integration, transformation or organisational change programmes.
• Minimum five years' project or programme management experience within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering acquisition integrations, post-merger integration (PMI), operational change, system implementations or business transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent governance, planning, reporting and risk management capabilities.
• Commercially aware, with experience understanding business cases, budgets, benefits realisation and financial performance.
