Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead complex capital programmes across the real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and translate client objectives into measurable delivery plans.

Working with senior stakeholders, you’ll maintain governance and risk controls, drive benefits, and deliver through MSP/ PMI frameworks with clear reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading real estate programmes in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record in programme management with measurable client benefits.
• Strong knowledge of MSP or PMI and governance practices.
• Delivery background in construction with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of procurement routes and contracts (NEC, JCT).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operationally lead small to medium transformation programmes and support large-scale delivery.
• Establish governance frameworks and ensure programme rigor.
• Engage stakeholders and prepare professional status updates.
• Oversee financial processes for programme budgeting and reporting.
• Identify risks and ensure appropriate safeguards, including health and safety.
• Provide leadership to teams and promote high-performance culture.
