Job summary

Stantec is seeking a senior advisory professional to join its Advisory Services team in the UK. You will work with clients across the full project lifecycle to improve delivery capabilities, governance, and stakeholder engagement on major capital programmes.

The role offers opportunities to develop design management and governance reporting while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a growing advisory community.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the delivery of major capital projects or infrastructure programmes.
• Background in project management, programme management, PMO, project delivery, design coordination, or advisory services.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle from definition and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Experience with project governance, risk management, change control, reporting, and performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with clients, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to analyse complex information and develop practical, actionable recommendations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience preparing reports, presentations, and management information.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients across the full project lifecycle to develop, strengthen, and optimise project delivery capabilities.
• Support clients from definition through design, procurement, construction, and handover, improving governance and delivery processes.
• Advise on delivery models, strengthen design management, and enhance commercial governance and reporting.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and junior colleague development within Stantec’s Advisory community.
