Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Consultant in our Programme Management discipline within Advisory Services (Energy) based in the UK, including Glasgow or Edinburgh, with travel as required. You will lead mobilisation, governance and delivery improvement across major capital programmes, engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders to improve performance.

Qualifications

Experience in programme management, PMO, project controls or capital delivery, gained within a consultancy environment or large-scale infrastructure programmes.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage senior stakeholders and produce high-quality materials.

Responsibilities

Leading programme management, PMO or governance workstreams on major capital programmes.
Designing and embedding governance, controls, reporting and assurance frameworks tailored to client needs.
Providing informed challenge on planning, risk, issues, dependencies and change management.
Mobilising and improving PMO capability, including ways of working, controls maturity and management information.
Contributing to proposals, client presentations, thought leadership and wider business development.
