Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Design & Engineering Delivery Consultant to work with experienced consultants and client teams, supporting major projects through the full lifecycle from development to handover. You’ll help improve delivery processes and contribute to governance, assurance, reporting and change control across complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project delivery activities such as reporting, action tracking, meeting coordination, risk management, change control or document management.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage information accurately across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work with clients, technical specialists and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects and programmes from early development and design through to construction, commissioning and handover.
• Help review, improve and implement project delivery processes, controls and ways of working.
• Coordinate governance and assurance activities, including tracking actions, managing evidence and supporting decision-making processes.
