Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Design & Engineering Delivery Consultant to support major projects across the lifecycle, coordinating governance, design assurance and reporting to improve delivery. You will work with client teams and multidisciplinary colleagues to apply best-practice controls and ensure successful handover.

The role offers exposure to NEC processes, change management, and data-driven performance analysis, with a hybrid working pattern and structured development through our Advisory

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project delivery activities such as reporting, action tracking, meeting coordination, risk management and change control.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage information across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication with clients, technical specialists and project stakeholders.
• Solid documentation and reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects from development through handover, including governance and assurance activities.
• Coordinate governance, actions and evidence to support decision-making.
• Develop reports, dashboards and governance packs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams, contractors and clients across environments.
