Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Design & Engineering Delivery Consultant in the United Kingdom to support major projects across the lifecycle, helping clients govern, assure and deliver effectively.

You will work with experienced consultants across advisory assignments, gaining exposure to governance, reporting, action management and change control while developing your capability within the Advisory Services practice.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project delivery activities such as reporting, action tracking, meeting coordination, risk management, change control or document management.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage information across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, technical specialists and stakeholders.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills in reporting, tracking and documentation.
• Analytical mindset with a drive to identify improvements and practical solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects and programmes from development through construction and handover.
• Review, improve and implement project delivery processes, controls and ways of working.
• Coordinate governance and assurance activities, tracking actions and supporting decision-making.
• Support management of project information through common data environments and other project systems.
• Assist clients in managing scope, risks, dependencies and changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to application of NEC contract processes including early warnings and change management.
• Support planning, cost, risk, commercial and performance management through data gathering and reporting.
• Develop reports, dashboards and governance packs for stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical teams, contractors and client organisations.
