Stantec in the UK is seeking an experienced Advisory Senior Consultant to strengthen project delivery capabilities across major capital programmes. You will work with clients through the full lifecycle, from definition to handover, guiding governance, risk, change, and stakeholder engagement.

This role offers hybrid working across multiple offices and opportunities to develop skills across energy, water and transport sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major capital projects or infrastructure programmes.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle from definition to handover.
• Experience with governance, risk management, change control and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise on project delivery models and governance across lifecycle.
• Support design management, procurement, and construction phases.
• Develop practical, actionable recommendations from complex data.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within advisory community.
