Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead change and transformation workstreams across major programmes. You will drive client deliverables, workshops, and stakeholder engagement, shaping operating models and transformation strategies on multi‑discipline projects for the UK and international markets.

• Experience delivering change and transformation projects using formal methodologies.
• Proven track record of achieving tangible benefits through change initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams within complex programmes.
• Experience in operating model design and implementation.
• Experience in stakeholder management within large organisations.
• Experience designing and facilitating client workshops.
• Experience producing high-quality change and transformation deliverables under tight timelines.
• Experience leading solution development for transformation projects.
• Experience in organisational design and development.
• Experience building client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead change and transformation workstreams, guiding team members and client staff.
• Deliver key client artefacts (change strategies, engagement plans, presentations, reports).
• Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
• Manage client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to bids and major proposals and lead transformations products/methodologies.
• Mentor junior staff and, where applicable, line-manage team members.
