Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Principal Consultant in the UK to lead change and transformation across major programmes, delivering tangible outcomes for clients in transport, infrastructure and real estate. You will shape operating models, mentor teams, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive growth for the Programme Advisory practice.

This role involves working on-site with clients, leading workshops, and delivering high-quality change artefacts within challenging timescales,

Qualifications

• Experience applying business change methodologies to deliver tangible results.
• Proven track record delivering change and transformation projects.
• Experience in programme and project management within complex environments.
• Experience in operating model design and implementation.
• Experience managing stakeholders in large organisations.
• Experience designing and facilitating client workshops.
• Experience producing high-quality change deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience leading solution development for a change project.
• Experience in organisational design and development.

Responsibilities

• Leading change and transformation workstreams, directing team members and client staff.
• Delivering key client artefacts (change strategies, engagement plans, reports).
• Designing and facilitating client workshops and presentations.
• Managing client relationships and identifying BD opportunities.
• Leading bid proposals or major bids and contributing to products/methodologies.
• Mentoring junior staff and supporting internal initiatives within Programme Advisory.
