Job summary

You will lead client workshops, manage relationships, and mentor junior staff while contributing to business development and bid activities within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Expert level experience in business change and transformation.
• Proven track record delivering change projects through methodologies.
• Programme and project management experience in complex environments.
• Operating model design and implementation experience.
• Stakeholder management in large organisations.
• Design and facilitation of client workshops.
• Production of high-quality change deliverables under tight timelines.
• Solution development for change and transformation projects.
• Organisational design and development experience.
• Business development and client relationship skills.
• Change management qualifications (MSP/APMG/Prosci) favourable.
• Experience in infrastructure, rail, utilities, healthcare, defence, natural resources, and real estate sectors.

Responsibilities

• Leading change and transformation workstreams, guiding team members and client staff.
• Delivering key client outputs (change strategies, comms plans, presentations, reports).
• Designing and facilitating client workshops and presentations.
• Managing client relationships.
• Identifying and realising business development opportunities.
• Leading or contributing to bid proposals or managing key bids.
• Leading internal transformation product and methodology initiatives.
• Mentoring junior members of the Programme Advisory team.
• Line managing junior staff where applicable.
