NextGenEnergyJobs in the United Kingdom seeks a Lead Product Services Engineer to shape scalable service frameworks and turn product capabilities into reliable, repeatable offerings that support global adoption.

You will collaborate with product engineering, portfolio, and delivery teams to drive delivery readiness, automation, and best-practice processes while maintaining rigorous documentation and asset management.

Qualifications

Strong experience in product engineering, infrastructure, or cloud environments.
Understanding of product lifecycle and operational service design.
Experience building automation and standardised operational processes.
Familiarity with enterprise products (storage, cloud, virtualization, networking).
Experience with scripting or automation tools (Terraform, Python, CI/CD pipelines).
Ability to design scalable, repeatable service models rather than one-off solutions.
Strong collaboration across architecture, product, and engineering teams.
Attention to detail and focus on operational excellence.
Strong documentation and asset management (version control) skills.

Responsibilities

Define how product capabilities are operationalised with high-quality service frameworks.
Lead delivery readiness and drive automation and standardisation of services.
Collaborate with Product Engineering, Portfolio, and Delivery to scale offerings.
