Job summary

Everpure in London, United Kingdom seeks a Principal Product Services Engineer to define scalable, repeatable platform services and operationalise product capabilities. You will lead Delivery Readiness, enablement assets, and rigorous quality standards across global releases, partnering with Product Engineering and Portfolio teams.

You will drive automation, define service standards, and mentor a Platform Services Engineer to accelerate adoption and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience building automation and standardised operational processes.
• Familiarity with enterprise products (storage, cloud, virtualization, networking).
• Strong collaboration across architecture, product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define a robust Delivery Readiness Framework for successful deployment (integrating with existing workflows).
• Define service readiness criteria, operational documentation, and enablement assets before global release.
• Define & Establish service standards, quality measures, SLAs, and operational best practices.
• Ensure product services are aligned to product releases and engineering roadmaps.
• Act as the intersection between Product Engineering & Advanced Services ensuring operational readiness prior to release.
• Partner with Product Engineering to operationalise new platform capabilities.
• Develop service automation, runbooks, and operational procedures to improve consistency and scale.
