Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Web Growth to own monzo.com and the top of the funnel. You will set the vision, build a high-signal strategy, and drive fast, customer-centric experiments that convert visitors into onboarding customers.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, research and marketing to optimise the signup funnel, reduce friction and personalise journeys. A data-driven, high-velocity leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a product manager leading consumer web or digital acquisition
• Experience building, aligning and shipping a vision for web experiences that drive top-of-funnel value
• Ability to partner with engineering, design, data, research and marketing to deliver impact
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and experimentation

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for monzo.com and the web acquisition funnel
• Lead a squad to deliver high-conversion web experiences and experiments
