Monzo is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Growth in London. You will define the future of how people first experience Monzo, owning growth engines from signup to activation and referral loops to unlock organic network effects.

We value data-driven decision making, cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, data, fincrime, legal and marketing, and a track record of driving high-scale consumer growth at a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a growth product manager in a high-growth tech business.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, and marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with experimentation and data rigour.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to share vision and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Define a durable product vision and multi-cycle strategy for growth.
• Lead and align across squads with engineering, design, data, fincrime, legal and marketing.
• Build and measure the impact of onboarding, activation and referral experiences.
• Drive rapid experimentation and deep iteration to deliver 0-1 builds.
• Mentor other product managers and raise the performance bar.
