Job summary

Flo Health is scaling globally and seeks a commercially minded Product Manager - Web Onboarding to accelerate growth by building and optimizing high‑performing web acquisition funnels. You’ll own the web onboarding roadmap, develop new funnel experiences from scratch, and optimize existing journeys across landing pages, pricing, paywalls and checkout.

Qualifications

• Must have B2C product management experience in high-growth consumer subscription, e-commerce or digital products.
• Experience building and optimizing web onboarding funnels with measurable impact.
• Strong growth/monetisation knowledge: pricing, paywalls, LTV.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale high‑performing web funnels.
• Own the web onboarding roadmap, driving conversion, revenue and CLV.
• Develop and launch new web funnel experiences from scratch.
• Continuously optimise funnels via experimentation and data insights.
• Explore personalisation, segmentation and new funnel design approaches.
• Drive monetisation through pricing, plans and paywalls.
• Identify revenue opportunities to maximise revenue and LTV.
• Develop a rapid experimentation roadmap and translate insights into priorities.
• Partner with User Acquisition, Design, Engineering and Analytics.
