Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Web Growth to lead the roadmap for monzo.com, shaping the largest digital front door and driving acquisition at scale. You will own the acquisition funnel, optimise signups, educate visitors, and personalise journeys to boost measurable onboarding and activation.

You will work with engineering, design, data, research and marketing to deliver a high-velocity, customer-centric experience and build a robust experimentation engine across the web platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the web growth vision for monzo.com and align with overall company goals.
• Define and own the web acquisition strategy to optimise signup and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, research and marketing to build and ship high-converting experiences.
• Measure impact and iterate based on data, experiments, and attribution models.
• Build a fast, customer-centric experimentation engine across the web platform.
