Senior Product Manager - Home Insurance (Reporting & MI)
(This is a hybrid role, and it requires travel to our Cardiff office at least once a week)
This is an exciting opportunity for an analytically minded Senior Product Manager to lead the reporting, MI and insight agenda across the Household Insurance and Ancillary Product team. This role will ensure our products continue to deliver fair value, strong commercial results and outstanding customer outcomes under Consumer Duty.
You'll take the lead on providing oversight across both commercial and customer performance. You'll own the frameworks that ensure reliable data, robust governance and consistent high-quality insight that supports informed decision‑making at every level.
This role suits an analytical thinker who can connect numbers to outcomes, translating complex data into clear insight that drives continuous improvement and strong commercial results. Confident in leading through others, managing multiple priorities, and presenting to senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in shaping the foundation for driving customer‑first solutions.
