Synthesia in Europe is seeking a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own the enterprise surface end-to-end—from problem framing to shipped outcomes—in a fast-growing AI platform used by major enterprises.

You will shape governance, identity workflows, analytics, and billing, collaborating with product and engineering to turn concepts into scalable, auditable experiences for admins, legal teams, and compliance officers.

Qualificações

• Significant experience designing large-scale product surfaces such as admin dashboards or governance layers.
• Technical fluency: understand APIs, integrations, widgets and developer hubs, and read architecture docs.
• Systems thinking: enterprise systems, identity and compliance, multi-step workflows.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning unclear problems into direction.
• Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making.
• Ability to leverage user feedback to meet real enterprise needs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration – often dealing with ambiguity.
• Design governance and compliance systems for admins, legal teams, and compliance officers (e.g., permission models, audit logs, identity flows, licensing).
• Develop fluency in APIs, widget architectures, developer hubs, and backend-UX constraints with Engineering collaboration.
• Drive pragmatic iteration with ruthlessly scoped POCs and iterative learning from enterprise customers.
• Set a design vision for the Enterprise surface and maintain coherence as features scale (SSO, analytics, billing).
