• Experience working in the B2B telecoms domain.

Responsibilities

• Drive forward initiatives with product analysts documenting features.
• Ensure quality assurance of analysis artefacts.
• Create, prioritise & maintain the Software Engineering Technology roadmap.
• Communicate to senior stakeholders on initiative progress.

Skills

Experience of performing the role of Product Analyst or Product Owner

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud

Experience of CRM functionality

System integration analysis experience

User story documentation and prioritization

Working across multiple scrum teams
