Job summary
Twinkl Educational Publishing is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive data-informed product decisions. You will partner with Product teams to understand objectives, analyze user behaviour, and identify opportunities to improve growth and funnel performance.
Your work includes measuring experiments, defining success metrics, and delivering actionable insights. You will collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality, and stay current with analytics trends and tools in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- 4+ years in data/analytics role, preferably ecommerce/subscription
- Ability to analyse user behaviour from raw data and deliver insights that drive business outcomes
- Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery; experience with data visualisation tools like Looker Studio/Tableau
Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into analytical focus areas with Product teams
- Deliver insights and recommendations to shape the product roadmap
- Track KPIs and drive growth through experimentation and optimisation
- Collaborate with Product Managers to test and launch data-driven features
- Analyse A/B and multivariate tests to measure impact on metrics
- Support digital analytics tracking and QA with data requirements
