Job summary

Twinkl Educational Publishing is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to unlock growth through data-driven insights. You will partner with Product teams to analyse user behaviour, identify opportunities, and help shape the product roadmap across a data-rich platform.

You will work in a team of 20+ data professionals, leveraging SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio and Tableau to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. This role offers remote work with regular HQ visits to Sheffield.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data/analytics, preferably eCommerce/subscription
• Proven ability to derive insights that drive growth and product decisions
• Analyses user behavior from raw data and translates into actionable recommendations
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills with BI tools
• Experience collaborating with Product/Engineering teams
• Knowledge of key metrics like Sessions, Retention, Conversion, ARPU
• Familiarity with experimentation (A/B tests) and measurement designs
• Excellent prioritisation and time management under deadlines
• Confidently communicates complex data to executives

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into analytical focus areas with Product teams
• Deliver insights and recommendations to shape the product roadmap
• Monitor KPIs and drive growth through data-driven experiments
• Collaborate with Product Managers to plan and launch data-informed features
• Analyse A/B/multivariate tests to measure impact on acquisition, engagement and retention
• Support analytics tracking by gathering requirements and QA
• Work with Data Engineering to improve data quality and collection
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and escalate when needed
• Keep up-to-date with GCP, analytics tools and subscription trends
