Job summary

Twinkl Educational Publishing is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive growth insights across our global teaching community. You will partner with Product teams, translate data into actionable insights, and help define the product roadmap with a focus on growth and retention.

You will work in a remote-friendly environment, with visits to our Sheffield HQ, use SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio and Tableau to measure performance, run experiments, and deliver clear recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in data/analytics, ideally in an eCommerce or subscription-based business.
• Proficient in SQL and BigQuery; experience with Looker Studio and Tableau; Python is a plus.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics: Sessions, Bounce Rate, Conversion, Retention, Churn, LTV, ARPU.
• Experience with DBT and collaborating with Product Engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product teams to translate objectives into analytical focus areas.
• Deliver deep insights and recommendations to shape the product roadmap and growth.
• Identify KPIs and develop strategies to improve them via experimentation and optimisation.
• Analyse A/B and multivariate tests to measure feature impact on acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and robust data collection.
