Job summary

Twinkl Educational Publishing is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to help unlock the potential of our datasets and support the Product roadmap with data-driven insights. You will work with Product teams to analyze user behaviour, identify frictions, and deliver actionable recommendations across a global teaching community.

As part of a 20+ person data team, you will engage in growth analytics, KPI monitoring, and experimentation, while collaborating with Data Engineering to ensure data quality

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data/analytics, preferably in ecommerce/subscription
• Proficient in SQL and BigQuery; experience with Looker Studio/Tableau
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive business outcomes from data
• Experience with analytics platforms like GA4/Adobe Analytics is a plus

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into analytical focus areas with cross-functional teams
• Deliver insights to shape product roadmap and drive growth
• Identify KPIs and develop strategies to improve them via experimentation
• Collaborate with Product Managers to design and launch data-driven features
• Analyse A/B and multivariate tests to measure impact on acquisition, engagement and retention
• Support analytics tracking by gathering requirements and QA
• Ensure data quality with Data Engineering teams
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and escalate complex problems
• Stay current with GCP and analytics tool trends
