Job summary

Twinkl Educational Publishing is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join a 20+ data team, enabling data-driven decisions across the product roadmap. The role requires collaboration with Product teams to understand objectives, analyze user behavior and uncover opportunities for optimization, while staying ahead of analytics trends and data quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data/analytics role, ideally in ecommerce or subscription-based business
• Proficient in SQL and BigQuery, with data viz tools Looker Studio and Tableau
• Python is a plus but not essential
• Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics: Sessions, Bounce Rate, Conversion, Retention, Churn, LTV, ARPU
• Experience with DBT beneficial
• Experience working with Product Engineering
• Strong experimentation/AB testing knowledge
• Excellent prioritisation and time management
• Confident communicator to executives

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into analytical focus areas with Product teams
• Deliver insights that shape the product roadmap and drive growth
• Define KPI strategy and optimize through experiments and analytics
• Partner with Product Managers to design/test new features based on data
• Analyse AB/multivariate tests to measure impact
• Support analytics tracking and QA with data requirements
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data quality and collection
• Troubleshoot tracking issues with technical specialists
• Stay updated on GCP analytics trends and subscription dynamics
