Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the UK is seeking an Associate Director for the Contract Services team to lead strategic procurement across major infrastructure and real estate programmes. You will shape procurement strategy, manage end-to-end procurement services and negotiate contracts with public and private sector clients, while building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulated procurement and Public Contract Regulations 2015.
• Led strategic procurement projects for public and private sector.
• Strong tender preparation, development and management, including negotiation.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder commissions and client relationships.
• Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Public procurement background; defence/utilities/infrastructure exposure desirable.
• MCIPS accreditation in progress or achieved.
• Business development and bid-writing experience.
• Degree in construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private sector clients.
• Lead end-to-end procurement services on major projects.
• Develop and enhance procurement services offered by Turner & Townsend.
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team.
